Frances Hall
Frances Hall has been involved in human resources, recruitment and training throughout her career. Her roles have included that of training manager, personnel manager and human resources director giving her hands on experience of all aspects of human resources.
Over this period she has experienced most of the employment issues arising in organisations. Frances is used to offering advice on a range of HR issues as she now runs her own HR consultancy. She provides HR advice to companies in many business sectors and offers training solutions to organisations who wish to develop their staff in line with their strategic aims.As a qualified chartered accountant, Frances combines a commercial outlook and pragmatic approach to people issues.
Frances originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving into training and human resources. She held jobs in personnel and learning and development before becoming Director of Human Resources for a top 10 firm of Chartered Accountants. She subsequently left to set up her own consultancy practice. Working with individuals, groups, or working teams to develop the skills of the individuals as managers and leaders she helps identify and deliver interventions that directly impact the business.
She also offers personnel support to organisations not large enough to warrant an in-house resource.
Her areas of specialism include management, team and leadership development alongside broader organisational development, employment law and human resource interests.
Frances works in many business sectors providing training and consultancy solutions to business issues. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Frances combines her commercial outlook and pragmatic approach to business issues to provide solutions to organisations that are keen to develop their people in line with their strategic aims.
