What are Logical Frameworks?

It has been suggested to me that I could benefit from using logic frameworks in my work. What are these and what are the use of them for charities Thanks

Venues for major donor events

Hi, I am looking for a list of exclusive venues, possibly with limited access (like the House of Lords/Bank of England) for a business breakfast for our Major Donors in business and some of our corporate supporters. We are potentially interested in private clubs but are still very open to suggestions. Which venues would you suggest as suitable for this event? Thank you.

Critical Path Analysis

For those of you who are professional industrialists, the attached will raise a number of giggles.  However, for the significantly smaller social sector, this is an example to help planners understand the relationship between task and time in a way which helps projects keep to time.

Risk Management Plan

This is the template to help create a risk management plan.  The Priority, LMH, can be determined by using the Risk Analysis Matrix, also attached.

Work Request Form

This is a form used to request work from colleagues, contractors, volunteers, organisations or more. It is a simple way to clarify what is needed and what is anticipated. This template indicates that the work is linked to tasks on a Gantt chart, but it is not critical that this is so to use the form.

Planning Gantt

Attached is a Gantt chart, a simple industry standard way to plan projects. It follows the practice of separarating time from task, with time going across the page and tasks listing down the left hand column. For those new to this, Gantt was an idustrial researcher at the turn of the 20th Century. He realised that idle workers were waiting on the output of very busy workers.
