Are there any courses for staff at UK Online Centres to receive training on providing CV advice and guidance?

We are hoping to become more active as a UK Online site for older people 50+. We have 8 pcs & workstations. Although we have upgraded our pcs in the past, they will need more memory to make them work effectively. We've used local sources for previous upgrades, courses etc. Can you advise me if there is any funding for equipment older learners - most are economically inactive/ retired/ socially isolated etc.

I've been asked to find out if there are any Social Enterprise Apprenticeship Programmes/Schemes available in the UK. Websearches have led to the East London & Nottingham programmes that ran in 2006 but there doesn't appear to be anything since? This may re-inforce the view that - unlike business skills - Entrepreneurial capacity is a matter of practical experience; but it would be good to know what is available out there?

We have a online centre. Want funding to pay someone to run it.

Can I ask whether there is a simple example of a training needs analysis which can be used to cover board members, staff and volunteers, please?
