Hello We are working with a small community based pre-school who have been offered some land to build new premises on by a local school. The land is owned by the County Council, the governors have agreed (in principle) that they will offer the land (we think free of charge but not clear). They wil need to carry out some substantial fundraising to afford to build or buy a porta-cabin type building. What will they have to think about in terms of costs to do this? What will they have to consider if using CC land (ie ground rent, maintenance etc)? What permissions - if any will be required? Are ther any other considerations here? Any help and advice that you can offer we would be very grateful for? Thank you
