We run two networks, one for admin and one for public use. An extra router has been added to prevent the public accessing the admin network.

An ADSL router connects to a small business server with a single network card that runs DHCP in 192.168.16.# Range.

A switch connected to the router has the admin computers and printers connected to it. This switch also connects to a wireless router that takes it IP address from the Server (192.168.16.200) it then has its own LAN and runs DHCP in the 192.168.1.# range. The wireless router has a file and print server plugged into it with an inkjet printer connected to it.

The public use wireless laptops that print to the inkjet printer.

The admin people would like to be able to print to the inkjet printer on the public LAN. Is this possible?

I have a HP Laser Jet P2015d connected to my PC and my PC is connected to a network. How can other users on the network access this printer?

Our Samsung CLX-3160N printer has come up with a fault saying Transfer Belt Error? I cannot find a manual for this printer, is this something I can fix?

Also Our HP Officejet 9110 printer will not print in colour, but will photocopy in colour and will not scan anything. Can you advise me on this.

Hello I have just installed an HP LaserJet p2015d printer onto our network. When I installed a p2015dn it installed without any issues. However, with the d2015d I have installed the driver software on all of our PCs that need acces to this printer and have been able to use it while logged on as administrator at any of these PCs. But when I or a colleague log on as themselves we can't see this new printer. When I try to Add a printer thru Windows it doesn't see this new printer on the network. It fact it doesn't see the previously installed p2015dn even though this shown in my list of printers and I can print to it ( this is true of other users too ). What Add Printer does see is two old printers which we no longer have.

Hi We have a new printer connected to a network cable. I have installed the included software on my PC and on other PCs and they are all able to access the printer. However, would I be better off installing the software on our server and uninstalling it from individual PCs?
