Can you suggest sources of funding for disability access for a Private Limited for Profit Company?

We are a Private Limited for Profit Company and a small business, can you please suggest any sources of funding which will help us with purchasing/installing a lift (for disabled learners) and converting an existing toilet to a disabled one? thanks
