On behalf of a village hall which is in a poor state of repair, could you suggest anyone who may be able to help them with a feasibility study to determine whether it is worth repairing or whether a new building is needed. The hall is an emergency shelter for when the A66 road is closed due to bad weather so it is an essential building but the committee want to know the best way of improving it to make it sustainable for the future.
