We have an employee who has been off with depression, returned to work then went off with depression before the 6 weeks holiday.
This employee is contracted for term time only and was due to start back in September, which she assured me she would.
She has now informed me that she wont be back for a couple of weeks and doesn't know if she will be returning. This leaves the company in a situation where we are now low on staff and for business purposes I need to know when or if this employee will be returning.
Due to the employees illness i'm unsure what the best course of action is regarding finding out whether she is coming back, as she has said she is returning to work 3 times now but has rang in sick on all of these occassions. Can you please advice?
