What does it cost to get a management accounting system written?

We are a small Isle of Wight based charity, We presently run our business using Microsoft Access for our scheduling and invoicing and then Excel spreadsheets for our management accounts. However, we would like to have an inhouse computer package built for us that will encompass everything that we need in one system. We are presently trying to obtain funding for this purpose and wonder if anyone can give us some idea of the cost of such an exercise? Thank you
