How do I (un) rotate my display?

This is true, believe it or not. Yesterday my cat walked across my computer keyboard. This left the screen set at 90 degrees. ie I have to put the monitor on its side to use it, and everything is stretched vertically to fill the space. How do I put this right? I am using XP Pro. David
