Can I fix my printers?

Our Samsung CLX-3160N printer has come up with a fault saying Transfer Belt Error? I cannot find a manual for this printer, is this something I can fix?

Also Our HP Officejet 9110 printer will not print in colour, but will photocopy in colour and will not scan anything. Can you advise me on this.

If we need to call someone out. can you also advise me of your technical support on the Isle of Wight.
