I work for a small charity providing literacy, numeracy and key skills tuition for adults and young people. I have been asked to write a 'participation strategy' with a view to ensuring our service users have a real say in the development of our projects. We do try to take users views into account but I agree 'participation' could be more real. However I have no idea how to go about writing a 'participation strategy'. Please can you help?
