Question
I need a policy re data protection/freedom of information etc. a.s.a.p. i.e. now! If anyone has such a policy that they don't mind sharing we'd be eternally grateful.

Please find attached a sample data protection policy. The is a sample only, offered to give you an idea of format and issues to cover. Please feel free to adapt it to the needs of your organisation.
Once you have adapted it is suggested that you seek legal advice to check whether it meets the requirements of the data protection act. It will need dating, and keeping up to date with legislation
